May i know when was your last fingerprint done, my PD is Aug 2003 and i had finger print done long back so do they need to do the fingerprint gain before approving?

I guess my question stems from the comment above. Say if I do not get my GC and I wish to go back after 10 yrs is it possible to get my SS money back even if I am on H1 status?

how can Latinos be deported? Could you please explain? Are you accusing that all Latinos in this country are here illegally?
If I were a person of Latino origin, I will be very angry with folks who assume that all Latinos are illegals.
And to all the guys replying to my earlier post that such laws will increase racial profiling etc. In my opinion laws to make illegal immigrants' life difficult is basically good for us. I totally agree that non-white folks will be inspected by cops during the initial period of enactment of the law. What's the big deal about it. We will be stopped by cops. They will check our papers and will leave us, won't they? The same is true for Latinos (if they are here legally). Like I have written earlier, I have been living in a county which has implemented 287 g for the last several years and I NEVER had any issue with this. I have personally met the county chief of cop who has been a very vocal supporter of the program and he did not immediately arrest me.
The cop will fine you if you did not have the insurance card; under the present bill, the latino has a chance of being deported and not fined......huge difference!

Even if I back date my marriage (as advised) , How can I get my future wife to USA?. I cannot get her on depend status as my H1-B (I believe) got canceled on approval of GC.
Issues I see,
1. The back date of marriage must match to my stay at India.
2. I did not visit India in the last one year.
3. I applied my I-485 in the August 2008 time. So (I must mention my marriage and dependents in the application). Which I did not . So this does not work.
See the troubles I have now.
P.S: I did not want to cheat USA Immigration Dept. Not a good practice
Let me know if there are any guanine ways.

striking the iron when its hot.
But lets give the IV core and volunteers a few nights of good
sleep. They have all been working really hard and deserve this.
I am sure they have a strategic roadmap for us..
You know that's my point. do you really think we can't do nothing more?.....
we are highly sklilled smart and great immigrants creating the new America of the 21st century we can't just say, thats it lets wait.....
This country is about money, and we have the tremendous advantage that elections are coming, lets see the big picture.. why dont we jump to the next level from street protesters to work with one of the candidates or 2 or 3 , if they see money they will push our cause. Lets work on that now...
So those guys who attended the hearings or met with senators. what was the result? what did they accomplished? did they get the opportunity to participate with the senator or law maker in an action plan? or we just wasted that opportunity asking for autographs? please those guys post your comments.

One thing... one has to go to make real effors to make far-fetched connections between the elimination of US planes in the down-select of MMRCA and immigration!

Guys, we need keep away these kind of people from IV participation. There should be some restrictions (rules and regulation). These are the people who don't know what they are doing. GOD only can save them.
We are here for to work and live and represent as a forum to fight against a broken system. Looks like we have issues among us.
We either take away GREEN/RED dot concepts from bothering others or do some thing else (display who has given RED/GREEN dots).
Core member do some thing.
This is a great website and you can really find very good advices related to immigration issues ..How ever there will be people who interpret the questions differently and react differently ..That does not mean they represent IV .
I m not defending any one but When it comes to your question ..its more like a personal question than a immigration question ..I choose not to reply when I see these questions ..some of them react postively and some of them negatively ..some may think you are playing here and give a red or nasty comment ...

I ask because I got a LUD change on our AP on Nov 2 but the message is still the same as it was when i got the receipt notice. No mention of AP approved.
Ans: Yes, I already mentioned that in my write up. First (and only)LUD change happened for me on 10/1*/2007 and that is the approval date as per lady officer in USCIS. During LUD change message content never changed for me and still it is the same which is as under. so currently I have not received physical AP papers yet and on line status still does not show our AP aaproved yet I found our APs are approved during this infopass appointment.
